I have to say that I have never been more impressed with a developer. I worked with my Dad when he developed property in Washington State many years ago. Arden has done an excellent job with this beautiful area and we can't wait to move out there next summer!! The abundance of green spaces, walking/biking trails and playgrounds are just what we've been wanting and the Community Farm is a first for me. The amenities in the Clubhouse sound fantastic and the construction is well under way. My great realtor friend, Deborah Anderson of Coldwell Banker, showed me the property a few weeks ago and yesterday we signed the deal!
